PHLEBITIS

This is the swelling of the vein walls. It normally occurs in the veins of the legs and can be due to the complication of varicose veins.

Symptoms

Are redness and swelling in the veins, accelerated pulse, a slight fever, and pain in the affected part. A complication of this is the formation of a blood clot in the swollen vein; this problem can become serious.

Causes

Are childbirth, operations, and infections in the veins. Phlebitis can be prevented with a treatment similar to that of varicose veins.

Suggested treatment.

Regular exercise and the intake of aloe vera juice to reduce internal inflammation are recommended to prevent this disease.

 Also rub some aloe lotion with eucalyptus mixed with aloe vera gelatin on the area several times a day. If there has been injury, it is recommended to take bee propolis to prevent infection.
