Water melon shake
Ingredients
1 water melon
Cut and gather the pulp.blend the pulp, including the seeds,sift in order to catch the catch the seed remain.serve cold.


Non- alcoholic drink
Ingredients
1 litre of red grape juice (shaddox)
½ litre f lemon soft juice
1 apple and 1 peach
1 lemon
Preparation
Cut peach and apple in small cubes.wash and slice lemon.dont peel
Pour the grape juice and the lemon soft juice in a jug.
Serve cold







Soursop/Orange shake
Ingredients
1 soursop
4 orange
Preparation

Cut the soursop into halves,scoop out the pulp using a spoon and sift it through a vegetable sieve to eliminated the seeds.cut the oranges into halves and squeeze them.
Pour the orange juice and the pulp of the soursop into into a suitable container and blend
Serve cold.
Banana shake
2 banana, ½ litre of fresh juice and grape juice ,1 cup of water/add milk (non fat)
Peel and chop the bananas
Place all the ingredients in a tall container. Blend until a creamy mixture is obtained.
Serve the shake in a glass tumbler with crushed ice and use immediately
