DEHYDRATION

This is the dryness of the body in the internal organs as well as on the skin.

Symptoms
Dry mouth
Eyes without sparkle (dry) and sunken in
Little urination and urine or a dark color

Rapid weight loss
In new born babies, sunkeness in the crown of the head
Rapid and weak respiration and pulse

Causes .
Dehydration prevents itself when a person losses more liquid that which he takes in.the most frequent causes are diarrhea, (especially in children)vomiting,excessive temperature (fever) and malnutrition.

Treatment
By all means drink all types of liquid –cold drinks,soups,water etc from the beginning to prevent dehydration.
Preparation of serum (liquid replacement drink) prepare one liter of boiled water and add two spoon of sugar or preferably bee honey.add ½ spoon of salt and ,if you have it on hand,add a bit of soda bicarbonate.
Add a bite of aloe vera juice,which contains a high hydrating power according to the research work done by Dr.J Blind of the linus Pauling institute.

Mix till dissolve and serve
